This hiking tour begins by taking the Cable Car up to the upper base station. From there, we will hike for approximately one hour, which will end with a view from the highest point in Spain of the peaks of Tenerife and the silhouettes of the nearby islands: La Gomera, El Hierro, La Palma and Gran Canaria (if the weather allows us).

Activity not allowed for less than 6 years.

Important information:
The reservation of this activity remains pending compliance until the access permits to the crater have been issued.
In the event that the activity cannot be confirmed, an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid is offered.
It is essential to show your ID or passport when accessing the path to the crater.
In the event that the path to the peak is closed, the Teide National Park staff may only allow access to those federated mountaineers who conveniently justify their capacity and have the appropriate means (equipment). It is the responsibility of the client to have said documentation and means, its absence exempts Volcano Teide from all responsibility.
According to current regulations, people with physical or motor disabilities are not allowed to go up by cable car, due to reasons derived from evacuation risks.

Cancellations:
In the Ascent to Pico del Teide, in the event that the weather conditions do not allow the operation of the Cable Car, the visit to the National Park will be made with an alternative walk and the difference between the price of the Teide Tour without Cable Car and the Ascent to the Teide will be refunded. Peak, that is, €29 per adult and €14.50 per child will be charged.

In the event that the cable car is operational but the Teide National Park staff keep the path up to the peak closed, the cable car will go up to the Rambleta and an alternative walk. In this case, the difference between the price of the Teide Tour with Cable Car and the Ascent to the Peak will be refunded, that is, €67 per adult and €33.50 per child will be charged.

Since this activity includes permission to access the crater, changes and cancellations are not allowed once the reservation is confirmed. This is due to the operation of the National Park permit system.
